This one: Additional Fines: If you withdraw more than once a week, an additional 15% fee will be added per withdrawal, and if you deposit more than three times per week, you will be fined 2% of any deposits made after the third free deposit that week. Employee Accounts never have withdrawal fees associated with their account.

Those were put into place to have people actually have their funds in place as a savings account. How many withdrawals/deposits are you looking to have per week?

The employee accounts don't have any withdrawal fees because people cannot have any personal money added, and their amount may only go up by being paid for DonShop jobs

I'm not sure the interest would work in your favor if you're making a lot of withdraws, but I would also be willing to waive the deposit fees. (edited)

4-5% interest rate with no change in the future and only a withdraw fee of 5% after 2times

Okay, so the system in place currently allows for 1 free withdrawal per week, and 3 free deposits per week. Are you requesting 3 withdrawals and 5 deposits? I would be willing to do unlimited deposits honestly, but the withdrawals are the tricky part
