Step 4. Both MC and discord account must be at least 6 months old.

Step 6. You must speak DM and VC with the applicant in a public server before you accept them. To verify they are truly who they say they are. (Post a screenshot of the verification).

Step 7. If accepting or denying the application. (DO NOT USE “accept with reason” or “deny with reason”)

Step 8. If denying the application Please put the reason why you denied the application in the applicants thread.

[] You MUST interview everyone doesn’t matter who the person is. Unless told by a noble or higher.
[ ] Must be 15 years or older
[ ] Must be able to communicate over a microphone

Recruiters please start using the following default interview message and questions Hello, thank you for your interest in joining Donfuer. I am one of the recruiters for Donfuer & I am here to conduct your interview. With that being said I have a few follow up questions for you. Q1. How many hours do you currently have on the server? Q2. Please go more into detail about the groups you were apart of and what kinda project you participate in. (Don’t give us any details that may leak/ inside anything that’s current) Q3. Have you purposely insided /leaked information about a group or any bases? (Note: if you have and you are honest with us you won’t be disqualified) Q4. If YES to Q3 please go more into detail. Thank you for taking the time and answering each question. You will soon hear back from us personally or by a bot that will send you a message saying either you have been approved or denied. @2b2t application team Remember if someone doesn't fully meet the requirements tell them about all the other branches. (9b, PA & Stoneworks) let not just deny them. Send them a message saying something like. "Hey, unfortunately you don't meet the requirements to join DonFuer 2b2t branch however you can apply to our other branches. 9b9t, Phoenix Anarchy and or Stoneworks" The requirements in #2b2t-interview-process is only for 2b2t and not the rest of the branches (edited)

@2b2t application team We have reduced the requirements to join DonFuer. Please see above. It still a requirement to interview each person If you have any questions let me know (edited)

Now that B4dComopany is gone DM me if you have trouble with an applicaiton. I did them all myself for almost an entire year @2b2t application team

@2b2t application team Don't accept anyone without vcing with them first , VCing builds trust. Use the vc as an opportunity to: 1. judge their personality type 2. educate them about the group and what we do. 3. Vc increases human contact and lessens the chances they betray you!
