Thing you have to remember, is that EVERYONE has a week to do this. So you can do it on your time. This will happen well before the major holiday events, because of course we do not want to intrude on anyone's plans. But also remember, that team building is an option, so if you want to work with other people to put this one together, and make something cool, you can do that
