You are right currently outside of our new branch on stonework each server has an elder controlling it.

But we are kinda making it like a business. The CEO/ Elders run the company (irl the ceo canโ€™t run every department in their company they hire managers) > managers/ branch manager help open up and run new severs and help keep stuff moving smoothly with the help of the elders.

But when it comes to 2b, 9b & pa the elders run each of them. Because each of them started the branch on that server. They could put a branch manager in place but they probably wonโ€™t.

So this is a touchy subject. Reason being is after a ridiculous amount of effort behind the scenes, we are finally seeing momentum on Const. Donfuer had a bad image on the server, and now we have a respectable base with a lot of old players on the server with a lot of influence. Imperials is still pretty hated. And I'm not personally fond of RECLAMATIONEM due to when I was a member of Imps on Const. I'm willing to talk, but I'm not sure an alliance would be possible. A non-aggression pact maybe
