@SkyIsWeird @Fish @Deleted User honestly I only give 24hr for some to respond and give us the requested information because 90% and we don't hear back the application doesn't go anywhere and just sit there and it looks bad. if someone want to really join they would respond within 24hr and if they don't i tell them to reapply when they are ready to do so.

Its time to turn recruitment back on @Ranger Management @Recruiter @everyone Here's how we're going to keep things safe. I'm going to continually add additional spawnfuers as needed with a goal of around 10-15 new recruits at each. I've added a channel for s4 and s5 already. We will add more recruits to s3 until that fills up (like 5 more people) Then s4, then finally s5. As we promote people out of spawnfuers we can bring in more to replace the old ones. s1 and s2 are now locked! Don't add anyone else to those. (unless you are skyiswierd or a1)

@traveeseemo hey sorry to bother u, but theres a process u have to go through before accepting someone's application. u have to check their discord account age and their playtime on 2b to make sure they're not an alt. and then dm them and ask them these 3 questions. the one u accepted seems fine, but just for future applications its safest to do this.

Here is my replies & reasons. 1) if I remember correctly d wanted that to be a requirement as a interview process. 2) The reviewer should already put the reason. I believe thatโ€™s part of the interview process. 3) itโ€™s not possible to fix their application, I would suggest have them make a new one or before they submit the application in the first place they should do it correctly. I feel if they do a half ass job they will do a half ass builds or not fully be apart of the group. (It kinda shows their character) @D_loaded
