We're overhauling the way we do applications for 2024
The Chief Recruitment position
2b2t DonFuer now has a "recruitment officer" This is a temporary position players MAA and up can serve as for a period of 3 months each. Players can serve more then one term of 3 months, however not consecutively.
The responsibility of the recruitment officer is to proactively advertise the group, thus generating more applications for the application team to then accept or deny.
They also have the ability to choose their own application team members for their term. This is to give them a great deal of responsibility and agency to improve the recruitment standards as they see fit. However they cannot change the minimum standards outlined below, and should seek approval from elders when needed.
Application team members
The application team helps accept or deny new members based on their own personal judgement of the application as well as the minimum standards.
New new minimum standards:
-Must be 15 or older.
-Discord must be older then 3 months
-Must have build screenshots (check to make sure they are not schems or from the internet)
-No history of toxic chat or greifs, or huge kill count (with caution)
-No history in the following groups: BSB, 5c, TTO, Outlast
-Must have a mic
Please note that these are the MINIMUM standards and are not subject to change by the Chief recruitment officer, Only an elder can change the minimum standards.
