Mistakes were made.
As some of you know, and many of you would probably find out soon enough, orsond and The Fifth Column recently griefed The SpawnMasons End Base here on Constantiam.
Carpfinder, D_loaded, Lukent, and myself travelled to this base prior to the grief to visit, take Screenshots, and also to steal the Stash at the base.
The theft of the stash was the original plan, but during the process, D_loaded made the decision to give these coordinates to orsond and allow him to grief this base.
It was a bad call. And we know this.
Donfuer on Constantiam is a group that is based on trust. It was built on this fragile trust that we would just be builders, and we would stay out of drama.
This was, and still is the goal of this group.
But we broke that trust. We betrayed a member of our leadership team, who is one of the most trusted members of the community, and Carpfinder didn't deserve that.
We can't change what we did. That much is certain.
Due to these decisions, we know that many members of the community no longer trust Donfuer and are making the choice to distance themselves from this group. We understand that sentiment, and honestly, we don't blame you.
If you are willing to give us another chance to prove ourselves, we would appreciate that, but if not, once again, we don't blame you.
We don't plan to leave the community, as we do want to build friendships and good relationships with people here on Constantiam.
But we also acknowledge that we have dealt a massive blow to what small amount of reputation we had.
On a personal note, I am sorry. I am sorry to Carpfinder and Shader for allowing them to be put in the cross hairs of a fight that is not theirs. I am sorry to Hennicrafter1 for this massive breach of his trust. I am sorry to jalapeno690 and SAPET for forcibly keeping them out of the loop, because honestly if they had known, this probably wouldn't have happened.
I am sorry to each and every member of the Donfuer Constantiam discord for breaking your trust. I hope you'll allow me to earn it again, even if you never trust Donfuer as a group again.
