2 chunks wide minimum, 4 chunks wide probably max. 3 chunks wide would probably give you the most detail without being too grand.

Also @everyone the reason for 2 towers is once the OW is well established. I will be mining the Nether side out and planning a 2nd hellish version centered at the 2nd tower under the OW base. As above so below kinda thing.

Just remember the base finder only uses coords within 128k so it’s allllll old chunks hence why it can get a isometric render of the land
