You can always deviate from this pattern, only as advice so that the base eventually fits together well.

I mean it's not super hard to inside. With enough attempts someone is sure to get in. It doesn't even have to start as an insider. Like third parties can attempt to change the minds of existing new members as well with promises of money, prio, access to stuff. Even if steps and precautions are taken as intended, people will always be an organizations weakest point.
